Checking and sorting the total results of Test and Questionnaire Card

You can view the overall results for each question by going to the "Results" tab on the Test or Questionnaire Card.

Choose how to display results

You can view the results in either Graph or Answer List format.

Graph

This format shows the number of responses for each option and the overall percentage of correct answers.

Adjusting the Maximum Scale for Bar Graphs

You can change the graph's scale to better fit the data.

The maximum value is set to the greater of “Number of respondents × 1.5” or 10.

Answer List

This view displays a list of responses, including the date, time, name, score, and whether each answer was correct or incorrect.

See who chose each option

Tap a section of the graph to view the names of users who selected that answer.

Sorting Results

You can sort results in both the Graph and Answer List views.

Graph

To reorder the graphs, tap the Sort button in the top-right corner.

Graphs will be sorted from left to right based on the number of responses.

Answer List

To sort the responses, tap the ▲/▼ arrows next to Date, Name, or Score.

By default, responses are sorted by Answer Time.

Names are sorted using each user’s sort key.

You can also filter the results by selecting one or more classes.
