Checking and sorting the total results of Test and Questionnaire Card

On the Test / Questionnaire Card, you can view the total results for each question on the "Results" tab.

Select the format for displaying aggregate results

The results can be displayed in either "Graph" or "Answers" format.

Graph

The number of respondents per choice and the overall percentage of correct answers are displayed.

Change the Maximum Scale Value in Bar Graphs

You can change the appearance of the graph by adjusting the maximum scale value.

The maximum value will be either "Number of Respondents × 1.5" or "10," whichever is greater.

Answers

The date, time, name, score, and correct or incorrect answer for each question will be displayed in the list of answers.

Check the name of the respondent for each option

Touch the graph for each option to see the name of the respondent who chose that option.

Sorting the aggregate results

The results can be sorted in either the "Graph" or "Answers" display format.

To rearrange the order in which the graphs are displayed, touch the Sort button in the upper right corner of the screen.

The graphs will be sorted from left to right in order of the number of respondents.

Answers

To rearrange the order in which the list of responses is displayed, touch the ▲/▼ buttons for each answer date, name, and score.

You can sort the list from the default order of "Answer Time".

Names are sorted by the user's sort key.
